Ch 01 — Services

Start with the support you need.

Have a sound system but need an engineer? Need the equipment too? We’ll define the right scope before your date is booked.

01

Audio engineering

A dedicated engineer at the console for your event, on the venue’s system, your band’s rig, or ours.

  • Front-of-house mixing for speech, music and performance
  • Monitor mixes for performers
  • Coordination with your venue, planner and bandleader
Discuss engineering
02

03One quote

Equipment + engineer

One conversation covers the system, setup, show-day mixing and breakdown, so the quote reflects the whole audio scope.

  • Scoped from your agenda, input list or stage plot
  • Setup and sound check planned around venue access
  • One point of contact from load-in to breakdown

Ch 02 — Live music

Built for bands, from big band to last dance.

Wedding bands and live performance are our specialty. That means lead vocals that sit on top of a full horn section, backing singers who can hear themselves, and a dance floor that feels the groove while guests at the back tables can still talk.

  • Input lists and stage plots reviewed before the day
  • Monitor mixes for every performer
  • Smooth handoffs between sets, speeches and playback
Plan sound for your band

Ch 03 — Ceremony & cocktail hour

Sound for the whole day, not just the reception.

Book audio for the full wedding day, or rent sound for just the ceremony or cocktail hour, with or without an engineer to run it.

  1. 01 · Before the vows

    Ceremony

Every guest should hear the vows, from the front row to the back, indoors or out. Rent a compact system for the ceremony alone, or add an engineer to run it.

    • Wireless lavalier or handheld mic for the officiant
    • Microphones for readings and vows
    • Sound reinforcement for ceremony musicians: strings, guitar, piano or vocalist
    • Playlist playback for the processional and recessional
    Plan ceremony sound
  2. 02 · Before the reception

    Cocktail hour

Keep the room relaxed while photos are taken, with music at a level guests can talk over, in a separate room, terrace or patio if needed.

    • A dedicated speaker setup for the cocktail space
    • Playlist playback, or sound reinforcement for a soloist, duo or jazz trio
    • A wireless mic for welcomes and announcements
    • Volume kept comfortable for conversation
    Plan cocktail-hour sound
  3. 03 · Dinner & dancing

    Reception

Toasts, the first dance and a band or DJ that fills the floor, covered by full-service audio.

Just the ceremony? Just the cocktail hour? Equipment can be rented on its own or paired with an engineer. Tell us about the site, guest count and music, and we’ll recommend a setup.

Ch 04 — Speeches & programs

Every toast. Every award. Every word.

At a gala or wedding, the band is only half the night. Welcomes, keynotes, auction calls and toasts need to reach every table clearly, and the move from podium to dance floor should feel effortless.

  • Podium, handheld and lavalier microphones
  • Playback for walk-ins, videos and award cues
  • Cues matched to your run of show

Ch 05 — Podcasts & activations

Podcasts, panels & brand activations.

Multi-mic conversations call for a different kind of mix: every voice balanced, nothing clipped, and headphones that sound right for the hosts. Setups stay compact and tidy for lounges and pop-up spaces.

  • Multi-mic mixing for hosts, guests and panels
  • Headphone mixes for talent
  • Program recording on request

Galas & fundraisers

Program audio for welcomes, auctions and awards, then a seamless handoff to the band.

Ch 09 — Process

A clear plan starts here.

You don’t need to know every technical detail. Start with the event, and we’ll work through the audio requirements together.

Start your event brief
  1. 01

    Share the essentials.

Send your date, venue, headcount and a rundown of the program. Let us know what equipment the venue or band already has, and include an input list or stage plot if there is one.

  2. 02

    Define the audio scope.

We review equipment, engineering, venue access, setup and breakdown together, then confirm availability and a quote for the agreed support.

  3. 03

    Show day.

Load-in and sound check are scheduled around your venue’s access times. Your engineer mixes the program from the first welcome to the last song, then breaks down the system.

Ch 10 — FAQ

A few useful answers.

Can I book an engineer without renting equipment?

Yes. Choose “Audio engineering” in the event brief and tell us about the venue’s existing system. Compatibility, requirements and availability are reviewed before booking.

Can I rent sound just for the ceremony or cocktail hour?

Yes. Ceremony and cocktail-hour sound can be booked on their own or as part of a full wedding day. Choose “Equipment rental” in the event brief, or “Engineering + equipment” if you’d like someone to run it, and tell us about the site, guest count and music.

What if I don’t know which equipment I need?

Choose “Help deciding.” A venue, an audience estimate and a description of the program are enough to start working out your requirements.

Our band has its own gear or engineer. Can you work alongside them?

Yes. Send the band’s input list, stage plot and any technical rider. We’ll confirm what the band brings, what we supply, and who mixes front of house.

Are setup, breakdown and travel included?

These are defined in your quote. Include access times and venue details so the required work and travel can be reviewed. Please don’t assume a service is included until it’s confirmed.

Can you record the speeches or the performance?

Program recording can be arranged on request. Let us know what you’d like captured and how you plan to use it, and we’ll include it in the scope.

Can I see available equipment and pricing?

Equipment and pricing are confirmed for your date and requirements. Share an existing equipment list if you have one; availability and the final rental scope are reviewed with you.
